Perhaps man should go for one and not three
go for quality and not quantity
perhaps women should save up during great sing sale
to buy branded stuff and not imitation just for show

perhaps we should not get up early to queue for hello kitty
and not push and barge on our way up the MRT
perhaps they should give up their seats
to the elderly and pregnant ladies in need

perhaps i should play not foul but fair
just to prevent friendship from tear and wear
perhaps i should queue up in the canteen in my school
stop cutting queue, or be treated as a fool!

all of us should not be so materialistic
not to mention "kiasu[listic]"
we should all go for pleasures in life
and not pressure that squeeze us till we die

but nevertheless
